The glorious Katendrecht peninsula is the location in which the Rijnhaven District is about to be developed. It’s here that a dynamic living environment will be created in which each and every individual feels welcome to enjoy life to the full.

Rijnhaven District

Directly opposite the popular Wilhelminapier, Bay House Concierge Residential Living is coming into being in Katendrecht. Bay House is set to become an integral part of the vibrant Rijnhaven District: a place with international allure where people can live, work, shop and enjoy time for recreation.

Accessibility & Parking

The Rijnhaven District is ideally positioned: the inner city of Rotterdam is but a stone’s throw away, and can be reached swiftly by public transport from the adjacent Rijnhaven metro station. Its excellent road links also make the Rijnhaven District extremely accessible if you’re travelling by car; and once you arrive, you can park your vehicle simply and securely in the new Q-Park garage under Bay House. Residents will be offered the opportunity to purchase their own parking space in a separate section of this garage that is accessible to them alone. Anyone who prefers to travel in a rather more unusual manner may take the Watertaxi for a fun and scenic experience. What’s more, a short walk or bike ride over the Rijnhavenbrug will take you to the Wilhelminapier on the opposite bank within just a few minutes.
